Cancellation, Refund, and Rain Check Policy

Up to two days before your scheduled trip, if you need to cancel, we will refund you in full. Or at your request, we can raincheck your deposit to a future date. 

The day before or the day of your scheduled trip, if you need to cancel, we cannot refund you. But we can at your request, apply your deposit to a future date.   

We cannot be responsible for wind, weather, waves, rain, heat, or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel trips due to weather or unsafe conditions. In cases of inclement weather, we will reschedule, issue a rain check, or refund your money, depending on individual circumstances.  

Routes and trips are proposed and might change. Although we will do everything in our power to make sure trips are as described, we may change routes, locations, or times to ensure the safety of our guests and our guides.

If we run the trip and you decide to cancel, the above cancellation policy will apply.
